A warm welcome to our newest members who have joined in 2023 and to all visitors to our meetings this year. We have had a great start to this year with five new members joining us and an enjoyable celebration of the King’s Coronation at our meeting in May with a delicious tea. Our trip to the Weald and Downland Museum was also a success and next we have an outing planned to go Behind the Seams to see where the costumes are made for the TV show Strictly Ballroom. Please keep an eye on this website for the latest details of events and all members should receive a personal email of our latest Newsletter. We are also launching a Facebook page this month that can be viewed by all. Carol and I look forward to seeing you at the next Member’s meeting on 7 June and please support our stall at the Gruffy by bringing your previously loved bags, plus other accessories such as hats, scarves, belts and gloves. Our stall, The Old Bags Stall (plus other accessories), will be at the Gruffy from 12 to 5pm on Saturday 12 June. All we need is your attendance and fingers crossed for good weather!
